Tony Dyer
Tony has over 35 years' experience of leading finance functions with a focus on growth and efficiency.
As CFO he led the finance function of Gattaca from 1996 until 2017, with the business growing from 30 staff to over 800, floating the business on AIM in 2006. After leaving Gattaca he joined a Medical Device startup that floated 2021 with a market value of over £40m. He has managed multiple acquisitions.
Tony's focus is primarily on growth and efficiencies within your business, preparing businesses for transaction (either IPO, acquisition or exit) and sourcing the right backoffice solution.
